Baggage Policy

Carry-On Baggage

• One piece of carry-on luggage, no heavier than 7 kg, as well as one compact item, such as a handbag or thin/small laptop, are allowed for economy travelers.

Checked Baggage

• The Seat + Bag, Flexi Time, and Smart Saver tickets on domestic flights include one piece of checked baggage, which cannot weigh more than 23 kg.
• Two pieces are included in Flexi Plus tickets, but each one cannot weigh more than 23kg.
• The Seat + Bag, The Works, and Economy tickets include one piece of checked baggage on international flights; this item may not weigh more than 23 kg.
• Two pieces are included in the Deluxe and Premium Economy prices.
• Three baggage may be checked per business traveler.
• Any checked luggage's overall dimensions must be greater than 158 cm.
• You can add extra baggage as part of your reservation or at any time up to the day of travel. Three bags are the maximum that can be checked per person.
